3. Defective or Broken Products: If the item you received is malfunctioning or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Upon receipt and assessment of the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, inclusive of the original shipping charges.
4. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item due to a change of heart, you have 30 days to do so. However, please note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the item, we'll issue a refund for the product, deducting the shipping charges.
5. Refunds: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we'll promptly initiate the refund process. You can expect the refund to be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please bear in mind that some banks or payment processors may require additional processing time.
