What should I do if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@supremegoodsco.com and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How will I know when my order will ship?

If an item becomes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Do you charge sales tax?

Can I change my order?
